Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven background in electrical estimating, ideally with exposure to Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Strong understanding of electrical specifications, project diagrams, and drawings.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and suppliers.
  • Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
