Strong on Siemens ABT and looking for your next major BMS project in Central London?

A specialist BMS contractor is looking for an experienced Siemens BMS Engineer to join its project team, carrying out FCU commissioning across a large Central London development.

You’ll be working hands-on with Siemens ABT, commissioning and proving FCU controls, identifying and resolving issues and working through the project programme alongside the wider BMS engineering team.

The overall BMS solution combines Siemens controls with Schneider EcoStruxure, with the Siemens system ultimately feeding data into an EBO headend. You’ll therefore be working within a sizeable, multi-platform BMS project alongside experienced Siemens and Schneider engineers.

This is a strong contract opportunity for an engineer with proven Siemens commissioning and ABT experience who is available for a Central London project.

Lead Siemens BMS Engineer – Central London | £400–£450 per day

Can you take ownership of a Siemens commissioning package and lead a small team through delivery?

A specialist BMS contractor is looking for a Lead Siemens BMS Engineer for a major Central London project, overseeing engineers carrying out FCU commissioning.

You’ll combine strong Siemens technical knowledge with team coordination, supporting engineers, keeping commissioning progressing and bringing the completed FCUs together within Siemens ABT. You’ll also work closely with the project’s Schneider engineers to coordinate the required data into the EcoStruxure EBO headend.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced senior or lead Siemens engineer who can troubleshoot, provide technical direction and take responsibility for delivering an important package of works.

Small Works Manager | London | Up to £65,000 + £6,825 Allowance + Bonus

Already delivering BMS extra works or small projects, but ready for more ownership?

You could be a Service Engineer looking to step up, or a Project Engineer or Project Manager who wants to lead a small works function.

You will:

• Own T&M and small works delivery from planning through to handover
• Coordinate engineers, suppliers, customers, H&S and commercial performance

You will need strong BMS experience, a track record of delivering small works, extra works, remedial or upgrade projects, and the confidence to manage customers and competing priorities.
