Client Operations Manager (Building Controls / BMS) | Up to £65,000 + £7,297.50 Car Allowance

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering one of the UK's largest multi-site Building Management Systems (BMS) service portfolios, supporting an estate of more than 800 sites across England.
Working from home with travel as required, you'll act as the link between customers, regional engineering teams, remote monitoring specialists and subcontractors, helping to ensure a consistent, high-quality service across a nationally significant portfolio. This is a relationship-led operational role where communication, stakeholder engagement and organisation are as important as technical understanding.
We're interested in candidates from Building Controls, Facilities Management, Hard FM, Building Services Maintenance, Service Delivery or Contract Management backgrounds who have experience supporting large, geographically dispersed portfolios.
You don't need to be a BMS specialist. Instead, we're looking for someone who can build strong relationships, coordinate multiple stakeholders and help drive excellent service across a complex national contract.
