BMS Service Engineer – Central London

We’re supporting a leading provider of Building and Energy Management Systems, delivering projects across London and the South East. The company manages the full project lifecycle—from design and installation to commissioning and ongoing maintenance, allowing employees to gain experience across all aspects of BMS delivery. 

As a BMS Service Engineer, you’ll maintain and service BMS systems across commercial and industrial sites, including Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, and Centraline.

The role covers planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and small project support. You’ll respond to client requests, perform diagnostics and system checks, and ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain BMS systems and associated M&E plant

• Conduct PPM, reactive maintenance, and minor projects

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Work with clients, engineers, and contractors

• Participate in on-call rota and training

Requirements:

• Experience as a BMS Service Engineer with at least two BMS platforms

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
