Quantity Surveyor – Central London Projects

We are supporting a leading Building and Energy Management Systems (BEMS) integrator seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.

With projects spanning design, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance, this is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, technically advanced buildings in and around Central London.

What we’re looking for:

• Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience)

• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts

• Experience with cost capture, measurement, and identifying issues early

• Proficiency reading technical drawings and producing accurate take-offs / QSOR

• Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to meet deadlines
