The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Smart Buildings Commissioning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering crucial projects to our clients across London and the South East, with support from the team in Surrey!

The ideal candidate will be driven and technically proficient, handling diverse BMS projects in sectors like commercial offices, healthcare, and data centres, utilizing cutting-edge technologies.

Key responsibilities include: Commissioning BMS and Control systems as per Project Manager specifications, developing software strategies and engineering graphics, conducting wiring checks, plant start-ups, troubleshooting system defects, and providing technical support to subcontractors.

Requirements include proven experience in commissioning BMS and Control systems, particularly with Siemens PX and Trend IQ4 controls, excellent communication skills, proficiency in software strategies and graphics engineering, and a valid driving license due to travel requirements.

Due to the nature of this role, it’s essential you possess a full UK driving licence.
