BMS Sales Manager – North East

As a BMS Sales Manager, you will target new and existing customers across the North East, focusing on major projects and upgrade opportunities with end users, public sector clients, main contractors, and M&E contractors. You’ll provide technical sales support, prepare quotations, and deliver presentations on integrated systems, ensuring all secured work meets margin expectations and contributes to regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users
  • Promote BMS solutions and technical propositions
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for projects up to £1.5M
  • Provide timely sales updates, forecasts, and reports
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years’ BMS sales experience
  • Strong understanding of the regional market and established relationships
  • Commercial awareness, excellent communication, and self-motivation
